Secret of The Fountain of Youth

Was the secret of the fountain of youth discovered in Tibet?
The Five Tibetan Rites – “The Five Tibetans”
A few years ago, I came across a powerful book called “Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth” by Peter Kelder. Originally, this book was published in 1939 as “The Eye of Revelation.” In this book, Mr. Kelder tells the story about meeting Colonel Bradford, a retired British army officer who went to Tibet where the monks taught him the five Tibetan rites for rejuvenation and reversing the aging process, also known as the “Five Tibetans” or the “Five Tibetan Rites.” According to his story, the Tibetan monks developed these rites, which combine twenty-one yoga exercises into five, as a key to lasting youth, vitality, health, and overall well-being.
How The Five Tibetans Work
In “Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth,” we learn that the Tibetan monks taught Col. Bradford about the seven primary chakras (energy centers) in the body. As people age, the rate that these chakras spin at begins to slow down over time, causing “ill health” and the symptoms of aging. By practicing the Five Tibetan Rites daily, this spin rate can be restored and maintained. Thus, the chakras will continue to spin at their optimal rate, balancing the hormones and keeping all of the endocrine glands functioning properly as a result.
Benefits of The Five Tibetans
The Five Tibetans consist of 21 repetitions of each of the five Tibetan rites. However, most beginners start with 2-3 repetitions of each rite daily and build up to 21. Completing more than 21 repetitions of each rite is neither necessary nor more beneficial.
For me, one of the greatest benefits is that the Five Tibetan Rites are easy to do, enjoyable, and can be completed anywhere, anytime, in 10-20 minutes daily.
With regular, daily practice of the Five Tibetans, the additional reported benefits include:
- Relieves stress and muscular tension.
- Increases energy and balances the body’s energy system.
- Increases physical strength and flexibility.
- Enhances muscle tone.
- Improves digestion.
- Improves breathing, respiration, and the cardiovascular system.
- Promotes relaxation.
- Helps detoxify the body.
- Helps eliminate “double chins.”
- Helps tighten abs and reduce midriff bulge (a.k.a. “the spare tire”).
- Improves posture.
- Improves mental clarity.
- Helps reduce mood swings.
- Helps improve overall health and well-being.
Practicing the Five Tibetan Rites
How do you practice the Five Tibetans Rites?
Here is a detailed explanation of how to practice the Five Tibetan Rites.
My Experience with the Five Tibetan Rites
I have been doing the Five Tibetans daily for several years. I love them. They are very enjoyable to do and are a great way to start my day every morning. I have definitely noticed an increase in my energy and flexibility with this daily morning routine. Also, the Five Tibetan Rites can be a great “pick me up” whenever my energy might be dragging or low at any time during the day.
I highly recommend them.
The Five Tibetan Rites have also been recommended by notables such as Bernie S. Siegel, M.D., author John Gray (“Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus”), and actor Martin Sheen.
